A wholly owned subsidiary of IFG Group plc, IFG Fund Solutions is headed by four senior directors with over 100 years of experience in the offshore funds sector.

The four directors - Marie du Feu, Simon Garnier, Kirby Garrod and John Martin - are supported by management and staff teams in Jersey and in the Isle of Man.

Marie du Feu ACA

Marie is managing director of IFG Fund Solutions and oversees the accounting, reporting and company secretarial services provided to administered funds. She also acts as client relationship manager and is the primary contact for a number of fund clients. Having originally qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Jersey, Marie has considerable experience in both the fund and the trust and company administration sectors having also worked for Citibank, Perpetual, Kleinwort Benson and Standard Bank.

Simon Garnier

Simon manages the team responsible for producing net asset valuations and maintaining the fund accounting records. He joined IFG Fund Solutions in 2007, having previously worked for Lazard Fund Administration, which was subsequently taken over by Standard Bank Offshore in 1999. Simon has been involved in the funds industry in Jersey since 1987, having also worked for Warburg and Mercury Asset Management.

Kirby Garrod FSI

Kirby joined IFG Fund Solutions from Standard Bank Offshore where he was a director of the fund administration business. He began his career with Midland Bank Trust Corporation (Jersey) Limited, later to become HSBC. After 20 years, latterly as a director of HSBC Fund Administration in Jersey, he moved to Standard Bank in 2001. A Fellow of the Securities & Investment Institute and a member of the International Bar Association, Kirby is responsible for new business and the legal and risk aspects of the fund administration business. He will also be acting as client relationship manager and as the primary contact for a number of fund clients.

John Martin MAAT

John Martin joined IFG Fund Solutions in 2007, having formerly held senior management positions at Standard Chartered, Westpac, Ansbacher, Lazard and Standard Bank. A member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, he heads up the investor services team that has responsibility for the transfer agency and share dealing functions.
