IFG raises £300 for Port Saint Mary Lifeboat Station

On Friday, 30 January 2009, various Isle of Man employees volunteered to bring in home-baked cakes and biscuits to help raise funds for the RNLI’s SOS Annual Biggest Fund Raising Day.

Slices of these delicious cakes and biscuits were put on sale for all employees to purchase, at both the International House and Park House offices, with all proceeds going towards the fund raising event.

A special cake, baked and decorated in the format of a lifeboat, was also raffled and a collection taken from those staff who had chosen to “dress down” for the charity Friday.

In total, the amount of £300 was collected to be given to the Port St. Mary Lifeboat Station.

IFG would like to thank all who took part for their enthusiasm and generosity in aid of the RNLI and the Port Saint Mary Lifeboat Station
