Senior Appointment at IFG Trust (Switzerland) Limited

IFG Trust (Switzerland) Limited is pleased to announce that it has appointed Carl Darnill as Senior Manager – New Business.

Carl joined IFG Trust (Switzerland) Limited in September 2009. His role is to develop relationships with intermediaries, especially within the legal, accounting and private banking professions. Carl will be the key point of contact for all new business referrals into the Swiss office.

Carl has over 26 years experience within offshore financial services and prior to his relocation to Zurich, Carl held the position of Senior Manager – Business Development with an independent Isle of Man Trust Company. This role involved Carl working and developing relationships with key legal, tax and private banking intermediaries in the UK, Ireland and Switzerland. Carl has extensive offshore wealth management and wealth planning experience, gained from holding senior positions within major banking and private banking groups, including RBS Coutts.

Carl is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the Society Diploma in International Trust Management. He is also a member of the Personal Finance Society and Chartered Insurance Institute.
